Kane Brown is leading with four nominations at the 56th annual Country Music Television Awards.

Following, Kane is Kelsea BalleriniMickey GuytonBRELAND, and Cody Johnson. with three nominations each.

Update:

CMT announced the first round of performers(March 22), and the list includes some of the biggest stars in Country Music. Set to take the stage are: Kelsea Ballerini, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell, Lainey Wilson, and Keith Urban.

The award show will now broadcast on CBS, after 20 years on Country Music Television. This allows it to be shown across the world.

It will broadcast LIVE from Nashville at 7 p.m. Central Time on April 11 on CBS.
