The fans of Japanese Rock band The Gazette’s are mourning the loss of bassist, Reita. Born on May 27, 1981, she was one of the founding members of ‘The Gazette’ which formed in 2002.
With their unique visual kei style, and uncompromising heavy rock sound, they captivated the Japanese audience and global audiences alike.
Reita, in particular, was well known for his trademark facial coverings, which ranged from bandanas to nose bands to striking leather masks.
The Gazette is known for their hit songs such as ‘Wakaremichi’, ‘DOGMA’, ‘PLEDGE’, and ‘Falling’.
She will be deeply missed by fans and fellow artists all over the world.
